HostelsIN provides online Hostel booking services.

Below is the brief of our basic franchise structure.

HostelsIN FRANCHISE STRUCTURE

Franchise Location: Indore

Rs.50, 000/- for initial cost of Franchise fee (50% refundable after 3 months up to 6th month from date of franchise)

Rs.10,000/- to be spend every month on an advertisement for next 3 months which will start immediately after completion of 1 month from the date of the franchise.

A Franchise needs to arrange sufficient funds for the full payment of the required Franchise fee. Franchise fee must be paid at the time of contract signing.

This price will include HostelsIN brand name.

The franchise shall be responsible for building the required Infrastructure, Signage, Promotional materials as well as Local Marketing to promote the brand and bring Business. HostelsIN will spend 10% of the Initial franchise fee on Social Media Marketing for their particular location. Expected period for Return on investment is 2-3 months but depending upon Franchise's efforts, the return on investment is possible to start in 1-2 months.

The franchise shall be entitled to 60% of the Gross Sales generated from 1st month and HostelsIN will collect 40% Royalty fee out of gross Sales from the Franchise. P&L statement will be due for submission on quarterly or upon demand by HostelsIN.

They will get help with Customer Service, updating their CRM.

The franchise will get HostelsIN portal to update the database.

HostelsIN will provide ongoing Promotional Items at no charge to the Franchise.

HostelsIN will provide extensive training and certification to become an Authorized Franchise.

A Franchise must get training and certified prior to opening a location. It is required because in order for you to be efficient and successful we believe one must know all aspects of the Business.

The franchise is responsible for hiring quality employees as per requirement. Required crew for a location should include, One Branch Manager (this could be you) & One Sales Executive (this could be you) able to work on vehicles. HostelsIN will help with building the team.

If additional training support is required HostelsIN will provide Master trainers for assistance. The franchise will be responsible for their lodging and meals.

HostelsIN will provide 24/7 Tech Support, Troubleshooting or any other Customer Service related issues that may arise. We are here to build a solid foundation of our brand. Customer service is our main goal.

Any future Franchise that will be sold through the Franchise will entitle them for 10% commission of the franchise fee generated by the sale of that franchise.

Franchise cost Rs 50, 000/-

Sources of Income

• Online Booking.
• Advertisement.
• Registration fees.
