The CHAIPATTY Teafe specializes in a simple Indian basic menu of snacks revolving around a cup of Chai(Indian Spiced Tea) that is  combined with a nice arty hangout space with pleasant ambience. It also acts as a store for well designed accessories, artifacts, merchandise/collectibles worth a buy.  

Chaipatty is a cross between a Chowpatty(A place along the beach in Juhu, Mumbai) & Chaipatti (Tea leaves). Chowpatty which is synonymous with a place that's super approachable but even in the hustle bustle one still gets their attention and craving satisfactions. The other Chaipatti (Tea leaves going into a nice cup of bed tea or breakfast tea) is the freshest thing to begin one's day in the morning (Most people start their day with a nice cup of Tea) and here at Chaipatty that's an mingled experience one can expect. 

After getting a great customer support, we managed to open 5 outlets within initial 2 years. We have won Best Cafe in Bangalore Award for three consecutive years in 2015, 2016 and 2017 as well as we grabbed award for Best Cafe in India in October 2016. Also in 2016 we won the Best "Niche" Cafe in Asia Pacific Award at Globe Platinum Awards 2016 in Hong Kong.

What we Offer-

At Chaipatty, we have a basic association model where we take a initial Brand fee of Rs 5Lacs upfront. Thereafter we give you a revenue share based 2yr term of Chaipatty Association. Since you start afresh without prior Chaipatty experience, we give you an initial 3months non/free revenue share time but thereafter share revenue with you at a lowest minimum 5% to highest 10% per month. This is calculated from overall revenue without deducting salaries/rentals/running charges. This % figure will not change for the 1st entire year but is subjected to incremental change in following years based upon each F&B seasonal month effect between 5-10%. Also after doing the new post 2year completion renewal we shall be giving a single month revenue share free(ideally in bad months if any or lowest turnover month) only if you maintain our usual monthly revenue targets for one full quarter or 4months in an year finally.  

The initial brand fee amount of Rs.5Lacs is a non-refundable amount. After you complete a 2yr term we revisit the business levels and check the standards maintained by you. Based on our relationship with each other, we thereafter frame a new 2yr revenue sharing model with or without an equivalent brand fee repeat. Renewals post 1st term, based on your learning’s and your personal experience of understanding this Tea Cafe business better, you shall be having a tad bit higher revenue share in 3rd year depending on your involvement in the running of Chaipatty well in the first 2years. 

P.S. THIS IS SPECIFIC FOR ONE STORE. Additions of any takeaway stalls in Office/College/Court Canteen/Hospital/Malls beyond the existing main store etc will be with an added store brand fee(maximum upto 50% of the usual fee) and similar revenue share models.

Chaipatty shall help you with co designing the outlet and selection of furnishings, equipment & vendors for it. Incase travel to your city and oversee initial setup it shall be partly (<= 50%) provided by you. The food stock vendors mostly are India wide and shall happily help you and Incase some stock is unavailable we from the main outlet shall help procure & send it to you. 

All the operations and running costs shall be borne by you alone with free suggestions & consulting help from main Chaipatty. The menu shall preferably stay same but menu pricing or addition/deletion of items(some local items to add demand) can be co-decided. We shall ensure once decided the menu is maintained that way without abrupt changes every month/quarter.
