We are Deepti & Sundar, first generation entrepreneurs and co-founders of Ajna Hospitality. Not before long we were working in the corporate sector in human resources only to quit our successful corporate careers in 2011 and start a humble food service venture called 22nd Parallel, an exclusive south Indian vegetarian restaurant in Vadodara.
The enthusiasm infected our closest friend, Ajith or should we say Chef Ajith, who went on to become our biggest strength as the years went by. 11 years, 11 restaurants and 4 cities later, we decided that we needed a more structured approach to get bigger and better at doing things while also innovating and spreading our wings across the breadth of the food & beverage sector. Thus was born Ajna Hospitality LLP in 2022 taking into its fold the hugely successful, 22nd Parallel and Idlikaaran by 22nd Parallel brands.
Associating with like-minded enterprising entrepreneurs for franchisees to grow the 22nd Parallel and Idlikaaran by 22nd Parallel presence across the country and beyond its borders, we at Ajna are excited about the future as it not only gives us an opportunity for personal growth and development but also gives us an opportunity to collaborate with and contribute to the communities we will work with as part of our universe.
