TruGym is an innovative gym operator from the UK. We currently operate in 12 sites across England. The brand was launched in 2009, bringing a premium gym offering at an affordable price to a market that had seen stagnation and unjustified price rises.
We brought a fresh face to fitness and have grown from strength to strength since. Our service and offering allows us to attract a broad spectrum of users and we open the market to members that never considered a gym membership before. Allowing us to have a greater market penetration rate in the local areas we operate in.

This programme is designed to help you make incredible changes to the way you look and feel in only 12 weeks. This is achieved with a 5 day a week combination of high intensity interval training and specific resistance based training, together with a tailored nutrition plan. To assist you, we've made video content available to show you how to perform each exercise correctly, and achieve the best results.
