The Keema is a brain child of Mr. Anil Gujar Mr. Bhushan Kulkarni who has extensive work experience in FB industry along with different service sector. The Keema is being operated under the legal entity of Fortune Gourmet Kitchens LLP.

The Keema (derived from ancient Turkish word qiyma) offers a variety of dishes like Chicken Keema, Mutton Keema, Fish Keema, Crab Keema, Paneer Keema, Mushroom Keema, Mixveg Keema accompanied with Pav, Paratha Rice. Other offerings are Keema Pockets, Keema Burgers, Keema Wraps, Keema Parathas, Fries, Smoothies Beverages. We also plan to add new products in our menu.

The Keema plans to expand Pan-India through franchise model. The franchise model is also designed in a way so that maximum output can be achieved by minimum input. The USP of this model is that it operates through a fireless kitchen with ZERO wastage and does not require any chef at the outlet.
