Pitaworks sells authentic Middle Eastern shawarmas, falafels and a variety of signature wraps along with freshly made French fries and shakes. Pitaworks has been founded as a result to an increasing demand for making authentic Shawarmas and Falafels in Kerala. Along with the Classic Lebanese Shawarmas, Pitaworks has developed some unique wraps like the Cheese Chicken Fillet Coleslaw wrap and the Classic Chicken Fillet wrap.

Menu items are directed towards targeting mainly the youth and the working class. Pitawraps aims to establish a distinctive brand image that will help make us stand out from the existing local/western fast food competition. The colors used in the logo is fresh and symbolises an element of youthfulness and energy. We make to make any given Pitaworks outlet an impossible-to-miss outlet that will easily stand out in any given area solely due to our unique style of branding, the choice of colors for our interior design and the outlet's well-lit appearance.
