BOOKIT is a new concept of unified IT platform Its the worlds first Global Online Mall giving space for shops and establishments to create their own online store, operating in urban or rural areas. Customers can access shops and establishments from their mobile app and making purchase orders or taking service appointment bookings directly with the providers.
In the past few years, purchase behaviours have moved to contactless shopping. Starting with online shopping of electrical and electronic orders; a good percentage of customers started depending on online shopping for all their day-to-day provisional shopping requirements, demanding to get things delivered to their doorsteps.
Customers normally have a preference for products, services, or shops from their locality.
