  • Franchise partner must be smart, confident able to sell Blue Trend Matrimonial Membership Plans. Need to handle client queries and objection handling.

How Business Model will work Responsibilities of Retail Partner:

  1. Business Partner or Franchise will get Authorization letter to use Blue Trend Matrimonial Trade marks (Logo, Name) Business Model.
  2. To maintain operate client data base activities Blue Trend Matrimonial will provide access to blue trend matrimonial front end website CRM (customer relationship management interface).
  3. Business Partner (Franchise) need to open an office in prime location with good office ambience with all facilities for customer sales and services.
  4. Franchise need to spend money for all expenses to run its business in their allocated city, expenses which includes office rent, power bill, employee salaries marketing(Newspaper classifieds, Google ad words other marketing strategies)
  5. Franchise need to generate new sales leads and generate the revenue. Through paper ads and other marketing strategies, franchise need to generate its own data base or new clients. Blue Trend Matrimonial company also will provide data base in CRM subject to data base availability.
  6. As per the Blue Trend Matrimonial Company guidelines Franchise need to follow its rules and regulations.

  1. Franchise owner should reports daily business updates to blue trend matrimonial company manager, need to participate in weekly and monthly meetings to achieve sales target goals.

Franchise will get commission or revenue share as per the slab system after GST tax deduction on over all month generated sales revenue.

  1. Value zero to 1Lakh 75% Commission to Franchise 25% commission to BTM Company
  2. 1Lakh to 2 Lakh 60% Commission to Franchise 40% Commission to BTM Company
  3. 3Lakhs Above 50% Commission to Franchise 50% Commission to BTM Company.

How to handle walk in clients?

Invite introduce yourself. Give positive explanation about the company and follow below process.

  • Get some information about bride or groom and discuss about their requirements.
  • Need to show the suitable matches by performing smart search, need to create a profile for the client and show the profiles shortlist some profiles if required.
  • Explain about premium Membership plans with benefits and close the sale.
  • Collected amount should be deposited in Company Account for client service activation.
  • Also We can encourage the client to pay via online if credit card by login to his account, client can transfer the payment to google pay, Paytm, phone pay(to company official wallet number) and share company current account details for bank deposit or fund transfer. Cheques are not accepted.
