• A joint venture of two leading Business Houses of Ludhiana namely M/S Jain Udhay Fabrics Pvt. Ltd., owing popular brands BLUE MOUNT URBAN TRAIL headed by Shri Sanjeev Kumar Jain M/s Vallabh Yarns Pvt. Ltd., headed by Shri Vijay Kumar Jain.
• Jain Udhay Group of industries established in 1957 and engaged in manufacturing / exporting garments in knits and supplying our product range around the globe. We are specialist in circular knit fabrics viz. interlock, jacquard, single jersey, pique knits, terry knits, solid valour, fleece coarse and textured knits (in 100% cotton and polyester cotton). We have in house facilities of fabric and garment manufacture and in possession of sophisticated machines with highest degree of technical skill to achieve large production outputs, suited to customers need.
• We have worked with renowned foreign buyers for companies like GAP, ARROW, PHILLIP VAN HEUSEN, LEVI'S, DOCKER'S, M.E. SPORT, PERRY ELIS, GIVENCHY. In addition we are operating in the domestic market with BLUE MOUNT / URBAN TRAIL brands and have a network of MBO's.
• By the end of 90’s and beginning of 2000, the group launched two new brands in domestic market as the potentials in domestic market were growing fast. The group always remained aggressive with the market changes was capable enough to shift excel in the change

• 2000 onwards the Fabric Division of the group expanded into multi faceted knitwear range of fabric including basic , fashion newest digital printing technology. The Unit was serving the requirements of the group’s garment brands as well as the major sales of its fabric were sold to some leading brands in the country e.g. Spykar, Status Quo m, M Square, Cooh, Octave, Monte Carlo, Numero Uno etc.
• The expertise of Group Chairman Mr. Tarsem Kumar Jain in the field generated an extra profit through some exclusive innovations and creativity which were unique in the industry.
