Ola Fleet Technology Pvt. Ltd.provides radio taxi services in India along with a car leasing model in which OLA bears all the cost of maintenance servicing of the car, providing accidental insurance to the driver. In return, the driver has to pay Rs. 940/- daily rental.

OLA will give a business guarantee of Rs.56,000/- to drivers where the individual has to do a minimum of 5 trips in a day they will have to log in for 12hrs.

12 hrs shift is flexible. They will get a minimum salary of Rs.17,000/- per month where initially they will have to pay Rs.23,000/- out of which Rs.3000/- would be the registration charges Rs.20,000/- is the refundable deposit.
