Franchise Prerequisites:

• The dealer should have around 250 Sq. ft. display area at moderate location to display the Chairs.
• The Company will support to increase the sale by providing Catalogues advertising in dealers area.
• The agent / dealer will represent the company for filing Tenders / submitting quotations to any govt. or private Institute at their area for bulk supplies. The EMD may be paid or as mutually agreed.
• Any supplies to dealers area directly by Company will be intimated to dealer agreed margin will be given.
• Dealer will keep paid stock of at least 1 Pc in each Model which will be total around Rs. 1 Lac. Further supplies will be done direct from Factory.
• A formal agreement will be signed between Dealer Company company will not supply directly to dealers area.
