Mohit has earned his spurs building several successful programs and customer centric initiatives for leading organisations including Titan Watches, Reckitt Benckiser, T.I Cycles of India, Subhiksha and Godrej.
He is actively involved as an advisor to New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE), to help NZ based organisations enter India and scale their business here. He is on the board for a few food start-ups in the healthy eating as well as in the gourmet food space. He also mentors budding entrepreneurs in this space.Mohit is a Mechanical Engineer and an MBA in Marketing and is based out of Mumbai.
His business strategy remains simple and is centered around the vision to build a profitable, scalable and a benchmark model. To achieve this, the focus is to drive gross margins, cash flows and stake holder returns while building aspiration and desire for the brand and scaling its physical and online presence.
His vision for the company’s future is two pronged. One is to strengthen the brand enough to command the attention of every entrepreneur who wishes to start or expand his entrepreneurial journey by owning a franchise and helping the partner achieve his profit objectives. And the other is to make the brand vibrant and relevant enough to connect with today’s consumers in a positive manner.
His three key priorities for the next 12 months include opening their 1000th store in the India / SAARC region, offer best in class profitability for their franchisee partners and a refreshed, rejuvenated brand with multiple product options for customers to celebrate with.
