Could you briefly chalk out your entrepreneurial experience with Raymond?

Being associated with a premier menswear label is a matter of privilege for our family. The Raymond’s name is associated with us in this region and that is a proud feeling. We are constantly benefited with the cutting-edge merchandise that the company offers and the above par serviceability of the brand. Even though Raymond’s is a household name, the brand still ensures that they stay relevant in today’s competitive market scenario and that is highly advantageous. As retailers we can trust them to make the right business decisions keeping in mind everyone’s best interests.

Could you elaborate on the brand’s support for franchisee growth?

The deployment of marketing and advertising activities in a timely manner is a boon for the franchise. While their effort to boost demand is consistent, even the supply chain management is seamlessly managed. Furthermore, the brand upholds its promise of fostering a community spirit rather than being just another corporation by holding conferences from time to time. However, the primary foundation of Raymond’s existence is product quality – it has seldom failed to deliver on that front.

What advice would you like to give to the aspiring franchisees?

Our advice is to have faith in the brand you will be selling. It is important to give honest and open feedback so that the relationship is truly symbiotic. Lastly, adherence to systems and protocols set by the brand and conducting business in a transparent and honest manner will likely be a lot more long lasting.
