PEPPING UP PRESCHOOL EDUCATION

What opportunities do you see in the Indian educational space? What inspired you to collaborate with Sanfort?

How has been the journey with Sanfort so far?

Joining hands with Sanfort is one of the best decisions I have ever made. They have clearly defined policies, refined business strategies, energetic team, innovative curriculum, strong market presence and proper hand-holding, all of which has helped us in expanding the Sanfort network in our state.

How has the partnership been of benefit to you?

We now own a successfully running model thanks to Sanfort. We have also got support in designing and developing the branch along with help in the procurement of school furniture, play equipment, toys and other things required to start a preschool. They have also helped us in the recruitment and training of the staff and provided expert guidance for promotions, which is very helpful for early success of the branch. Regular academic and quality visits are very helpful to maintain the standard of the branches. Everything is designed to be at the fingertips. The learning content, student progress and parent communication are all managed with a mobile application.

What training and support did you receive under Sanfort that polished your skills further?

We had an extensive  and detailed training programme covering all the aspects of preschool business; on how to develop a franchise network in our state, how to do cost-effective marketing, how to choose the right franchisee and on how to finalise an appropriate location to open a preschool. We also underwent detailed academic training that will help us in maintaining the required quality of education in the branches within our territory.

What valuable inputs do you have for those entering this business?

My suggestion to aspiring entrepreneurs is to choose the right brand, take a franchisee and work hard to make it successful because it is very difficult to start any business without a strong brand in today’s competitive market.
