What is Rolls Mania all about?

Rolls Mania is, a quick service restaurant, offering a wide range of wholesome products from heavily-stuffed rolls to French fries and freshly-served cold coffee and ice tea. Over the years, we have built a large customer base, which are helping us in achieving our business goals. From our customers’ perspective, we are offering them the healthiest fast food alternatives in their platter. We as a brand believes and follows in the two Q’s of the hotel industry i.e. quality and quantity.

What are your plans to expand Rolls Mania?

We are already present in more than 15 cities in India. The brand took its inception in January 2010 in Magarpatta City, Pune. Currently, we have networks in Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Goa, Jaipur, Guwahati and Bhopal. And this year, we are planning to take it abroad.

What was the reason to opt the franchise route for the expansion?

The franchise model helps in faster growth as it involves investor’s interest directly. Since investor has better knowledge of his local market dynamics, the operation becomes smooth. This model is a win-win situation for both.

What is the USP of your brand?

We are an affordable eatery brand, which caters to masses.

Which business model do you operate through?

We operate through the franchise business model and Company-owned outlets as well.

What partners do you want to associate with and what benefits he/she would avail?

We are seeking passionate entrepreneurs, who want to grow and make Rolls Mania their own brand. This would help the business grow on another level and give them good returns on their investment.

What training and support you are offering to your partners?

We offer training to the kitchen staff pan- India. From the front staff training to the kitchen department, all trainings are done by us in Pune. We give a training manual to our partner to have in-depth knowledge about our business.
