The brand has covered a long way, what is the real formula behind its success?

All 110 EBOs are based on the franchise model. The brand’s business formula is the real success behind the growth. We are now focusing on tier II & III locations, which are growing rapidly in terms of potential and spending capacity. I believe the brand’s business formula is the prime reason, apart from its inherent strength with its merchandise.

With a strong results in the fiscal 2016-17, what is the next milestone?

The brand’s standalone stores made Rs 160 crore revenue in last fiscal and has plans to reach Rs 225 crore in the current year. Royal Classic Group closed a turnover of Rs 750 cr last year & in 2018 will be closing at Rs 1000 cr.

What is driving the growth of your brand?

Growth is primarily because of collective improvement across all formats of the brand. The brand portfolio transformation has contributed to a big leap, where the brand is expanding with its categories.

You have a strong presence in the south and west, what are your expansion plans for other regions?

East and north are equally potential market for the brand, therefore we are planning to take the best mileage this fiscal. Winters are taken more seriously in the merchandise mix to cater to the specific need of these markets.

What about your fashion offering for the youth?

Classic Polo and CP BRO offer to their respective target audience. Men’s retail is moving towards casual fashion irrespective of the age. Classic Polo caters to the young at heart and CP BRO to the young at age. Brand is keen to be with the pulse of the market and perfectly align with the perception of its audience.

What about your presence in the digital space?

It has become an indispensable part for every brand, Classic Polo is no exception. Target audience is inhabiting the space majorly, and therefore, this platform is being explored by all and exploited by many. Classic Polo is dynamically expanding across the digital space. Classic Polo has been awarded the second best seller by Flipkart in FY16-17. The brand is completely set to rule all formats and sure to win the hearts.
