What is Twin Birds all about?

Where are you present in India & how has your brand evolved over the time since your inception?

The brand has a strong presence in the southern states. Being a trendsetter and a leader in legging category, we have set the foundation for the brand’s growth. We started with basic legging category and now have diversed into other products ranging from t-shirts, polo-shirts, camisole, tank tops, bermudas, palazzos, patialas, harem pants, night wear, active wear, etc. Encouraged by the patronage of our supply chain partners and the overwhelming response from our consumers, we are growing our horizons pan-India.

Your understanding about the franchise business model & how significant is it for your business?

We consider franchising as the strongest and respectful source in the supply chain. The franchising route will help us partnering with the right partner, who will drive our business in the local markets and will help us to have better market penetration and faster expansion across India. Twin Birds understands the fine balance of customer, franchsiee and brand relationship. We constantly strive to maintain this relationship on a win-win platform.

Launching a quintessential brand must have required a lot of learning and risk. What all did you learn and how did you overcome the challenges?

In fashion retail business, learning never stops. It is already a fast fashion market now. This is good and evil at the same time. Customers constantly look for new fashion on a daily basis. This is an opportunity and a challenge for the brand. Twin Birds having a strong manufacturing base and background, we see this scenario as an immense opportunity to position our brand successfully in this space.

What was the unforgettable moment for you and your brand?

Five years ago, a customer wrote to us expressing how Twin Birds brand made a difference in her life. She triggered the chain of customer satisfaction feedbacks we get on daily basis and it is growing. It is this set of engaging customer base twin birds brand is able to nurture that gives us the motivation and energy to live up to their expectation every time.

What do you think about online retail?

We see immense potential in generating revenue through online medium. I believe the future is omni-channel. We are constantly evolving and upgrading our products for customers, who are well informed through various social media.

What kind of franchisees are you seeking & what opportunity will you
offer them?

We are glad to associate with women entrepreneurs. We assure franchising with twin birds will be a memorable and rewarding experience for the investor. Our brand will be an opportunity to learn business, visual merchandising, customer expectation management, high sense of achievement.
