Dr. Arvind Poswal, MBBS (AFMC), is widely regarded as one of the best hair transplant surgeons in the world. What made you to invest in this & what is the philosophy of the brand?

How have you evolved as a brand & what role does franchising play in your growth?

We started with one hair treatment centre in Delhi, but with the escalating potential and demand, we launched another treatment centre in Mumbai recently. We have a few counselling centers operational in the country and internationally, but our treatment centres are in Delhi and Mumbai only. The franchise business model is apt for our brand as we need to educate people about the right technique for hair transplant that every MBBS Doctor can’t do. With franchise counselling centres, we want to facilitate and educate people about the right hair restoration techniques.

What value does your brand offers?

Dr. A’s Clinic provides superior value compared to other brands. The quality of our hair grafts equal (and often exceed) leading clinics worldwide. While quality is comparable, our prices are significantly lower to others.

How do you identify a potential market, especially in a diverse market such as India?
In our category, the potential is pan-India, therefore, we are all set to take our brand across the length and breadth of the country.

What kind of training and support will you offer to your franchisee?
Post-association with our brand, the investor will get global brand tie-up at a minimal fee, along with global advertisement at a minimal fee (Rs 1crore/year @ 5%).
