Please tell us about your entrepreneurial journey or family business and how did you enter into Raymond business.

How has franchising helped you to grow your business?

Franchising with Raymond is a long- term partnership and we got tremendous opportunities by selling Raymond products.  

What are the benefits that you have enjoyed being associated with Raymond?

One of the huge benefits we had associating with Raymond was customer retention, support by Raymond that increased the footfall to work on customized tailoring.

Please elaborate on the training and support that you have received from the brand?

The brand has a dynamic training team, who takes care of new products lined up for the upcoming season and good team of visual merchandising to decorate the store for every season.

What was your success story with Raymond and how do you see the brand in the coming years?

Our journey with Raymond has been amazing, we have grown strength by strength and we see Raymond as the best selling brand in the coming years.

How has the retail consumer evolved over the time and store’s approach to adapt with dynamic scenario?

Today the Indian consumer is moving towards emerging retail culture characterize by the extensive use of mobile technology, high connectivity, which enables consumer to experience shopping differently with online and mobile shopping app and we still feel that consumers like to shop with a touch and feel experience, therefore omni-channel experience is the solution.

You have recently renovated and expanded the store, how was the experience?

We knew remodeling the store can dramatically increase its perceived value, merchandising and brand over the time. By renovating we are able to extend the best customer experience. Thanks to Raymond for all the support given to increase our secondary sales by 40 per cent in the first year.

What advice you would like to give to the aspiring franchisees of India? 

Franchising with a brand like Raymond is always a great experience, we see a huge potential and it adds brand value to our businesses.
