Aiming at the Indian community in the Arab and European countries, Rashim Abdullah, MD, Haleem 365, is evaluating the opportunity of setting up restaurants in India and abroad
Haleem is a different concept as you make the authentic dish available round the year. Kindly tell us about the brand in brief…
In food, Hyderabad is known for two things i.e. Hyderabadi Biryani and Hyderabadi Haleem. These two dishes have cult followers and have demand not only in Hyderabad but across the country. In 2015, Haleem 365 started authentic and delicious Haleem (in mutton, chicken and vegetables variants) delivering in Hyderabad and other major cities across India. Later, on demand, we started making authentic Hyderabadi Biryani (mutton, chicken, fish and vegetables), Mughlai and Chinese. The Haleem 365 brand became well-known in providing authentic Hyderabadi Biryani and Hyderabadi Haleem in no time, and till date we give priority to hygiene in our cooking.
