How has Shanti Juniors evolved as a franchise brand over the years?

Shanti Educational Initiatives Limited (SEIL) has been focused since beginning with the motive of holistic development of the child where the international standard of teaching methodology gets adapted well with the Indian culture alongwith the changing trends of early childhood education. The biggest challenge was the duplication model and maintaining the quality at the same time, where we developed a unique management procedure called “Eagle to Ant Approach”. The objective was to monitor from macro overview along with micro-detailing so as to ensure that quality education reaches to the end children. We offer pre-school franchise opportunity and this way we made presence in 65+ cities within just 7 years.

What is the USP of your brand?

Shanti Juniors’s USP is the innovation on every aspect of the pre-schooling. We’ve been awarded as being the first preschool in India to introduce mobile app-based learning with “Juniors App Learn” where our curriculum have been gamified for enhanced recapitulation along with the scoreboard.It helped us to divert the children from playing the games harming their productive learnings to developing various skills in a child.

What kind of support and training do you offer to your franchisees?

Training & Support are the most significant aspect of the franchise model at Shanti Juniors. We provide academic, 360 marketing, sales, operational support, counselling and other hospitality trainings. We also offer special 2 days of training along with many other business insights by inviting them to a particular destination at our “National Partners Gathering”.

How do you maintain long standing bond with your franchisees?

As a Franchisor, it’s our duty to give our franchisee a brand value, regular updates, innovation and an emotional connection of parents. We ensure the parents’ satisfaction under any circumstances, which ultimately leads to a partner’s satisfaction. Our organic efforts towards the far-sighted vision of the brand makes our franchisees stand strong with us.

What is your Y-O-Y growth and how do you plan future expansions with franchising?

Our YOY growth is generally from 27-32%, where the franchising has helped us in faster multiplication of centers in urban and rural territories. We’ve different models for both the segment of cities. Right now we have presence in 14 States and 65+ cities and we project to expand in 21 states and 95 cities by 2019.
