How do you perceive India as a market for expansion? What’s your positioning?

We look at every market very carefully before we enter. Education is booming opportunity and there is a huge change happening in the Indian market and it will be great to be a part of this change.

We will position ourselves as a premium yet an affordable player. We will localize our offering for India. Our fees would be around Rs 5,000 per month.

What kind of franchisees are you looking for? How will you empower them?

We are looking for individuals who have the capability to develop and manage a regional territory. The individual(s) should have a business background in management and a resume of work history that supports working with people in a team environment while achieving success. This is a people business, and the most successful partners care about helping others achieve success.

We believe in empowering our franchisees. We provide training, mentoring and coaching on an-going basis. Besides, we offer an on-going business support and opportunities to up-skill and build a strong financially sound business.

How big are your plans for India?

We plan to create a strong presence in all major cities by opening 50 centres within the next three years.
