Indian market for this industry is highly fragmented & unorganized. Brands offer one-year warranty for its mobile and after that the users are left with limited choices. SSP is building high-tech repair network and process-driven solution for after-sale cases.

How has been your professional journey?

Prior launching this, I started as a service engineer at Bajaj Auto and then joined Kinetic Engineering, where I represented Gujarat for quality control panel meets. I had also contributed for LML and Whirlpool. Eventually moved to Samsung India for a stint of six years.

What was the turning point in your business?

Smartphone penetration by new entrant brands and SIDBI series A funding to SSP changed the way we do business.

What is the demand in the industry today?

In this competitive market, the end user demands hassle free & door step solution for its handsent. For out of warranty handsets, mobile-users require genuine & authentic service provider . Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEMs) & new entrants in this industry need ready after-sales service networks & right service partners & I think SSP fits right.
