Bawarchi is Bangkok's most well- known and prestigious Indian fine dine restaurant chain from the house of Incapital Ventures. This award-winning Indian restaurant chain offers authentic Indian cuisine combined with beautiful ambience and competent service.
Bawarchi Indian restaurant has been awarded as one of Thailand's Best Restaurants for 5 years in a row. It is also a proud recipient of the Certificate of Excellence from “Trip Advisor” (2012), “The Best Overseas Indian Restaurant” by the Indian Restaurant Congress 2013, Readers Choice Award 2013 for being Bangkok’s best restaurant.
After their grand success in Bangkok with five successful restaurants and some destinations in India, the management is all set to expand its operations across India, and Southeast Asian countries like Cambodia, Philippines, Vietnam and Myanmar.

Why did you choose franchising as the mode of expansion in India?
Bawarchi Restaurants Group plans to go for an IPO in the coming years and thus seeing the opportunities and demand in the F&B sector in India, we have chosen to franchise our model. We aim to establish successful and rightful partnerships in the restaurant segment. We will also be launching ‘Bawarchi Masalas’ in the first half of 2014.
What training and support can the franchisee expect from you?
We'll provide our partners complete training and support. They will be extended help at every step, be it offering established business systems, developed products and services, training chefs or advertising, marketing and design support.
What kind of franchisee profile are you looking at?
We are looking to associate with entrepreneurs/individuals who are willing to accept challenges of the hospitality industry and have real estate (owned or rented) and required investment. The desired candidate need not have prior experience in the food industry but should have the passion to storm ahead.
