Young and vivacious Sandeep Pagaria, Franchisee, Presto Wonders, has customised success in his entrepreneurial voyage by associating with Presto two years ago. Presently, he is successfully operating two outlets and is all set to add another one. In an interview with Beny Sachdeva, he speaks more about him and his franchisee- run stores in Bengaluru.
What inspired you to take the franchise of Presto?
I was looking for something creative and unique when I suddenly came across Presto's products. The idea of photos and messages on tiles, stones and wood intrigued and excited me. It seemed fun and I found myself having a strong liking for the Presto brand which resulted in my becoming a part of the brand. So here I am today associated with Presto, happy and delighted.
Your journey with Presto…
It has been wonderful. The feeling of being able to satisfy customer's wishes and the gratitude I receive is such a rewarding feeling that seems never to fade away. Selling these products was not just about making the sale, but to see the happiness on the faces of people buying them. The pride they take in having their photos on our products is wonderful. It's a win-win situation and that's what keeps me going.
How has been the growth so far?
The growth so far has been good but there is room for more.

One word- dedication. Treat the brand like it's yours and everything else will follow.
What is the importance of training and support in a franchise model?
It is important but frankly, experience is your best trainer.
What is the best thing about your franchise brand and franchisor?
I love the brand and their support. Their quest for new innovative products inspires us to do more than just sell. Their backend team is supportive and highly understanding. We are one big happy family.
Do you plan to open more outlets of the same brand or any other brand?
Yes! Another store is definitely on the cards, we need the right location though.
Any message to potential franchisees…
Location is important; however, just opening a store will not help. Put in your effort and dedication and the rest should follow.
