Discuss in brief your entrepreneurial journey?

My entrepreneurial journey started at the age of 30 when I joined my family business after retiring from Indian Navy and since then there has been no looking back.

What inspired you to take the franchise of Premier Travels?

I was keen to take the franchise of Premier Travels because I always wanted to get involved in travel industry. Moreover, the zeal to get associated with an organisation, which is renowned, organised, has systems and processes oriented, offers best support system, has bright future prospect and vision for the growth also lead to the association with Premier Travels. Also, the most significant part about partnering with the brand is that it offers high profit on margins.

What kind of potential do you see in people logistics industry? People logistics solutions business has been growing

How has been the growth so far?

As it is a new concept, we are putting in a lot of effort initially and the growth we are achieving is remarkable, thanks to Premier Travels for the support extended.

To be successful, one has to be well prepared to work hard and have strong people skills. A franchisee must have the right focus on system orientation and accounting. Last but not the least, one should be ready to take risk.

What is the importance of training and support in a franchise model?

One of the main reasons to take a franchise is to acquire a business with a proven system. Every franchise system should include effective and comprehensive training programme for every level, from franchise owner to lower most employee of the franchisee so that the business can be run smoothly and effectively.
