Gitanjali Lifestyle brings Australian salon chain to India

In line with plans to bring in international premium brands to India, Gitanjali Lifestyle Ltd has partnered with Australia's leading salon chain 'Just Cuts' and will open 250 outlets in the next four years with an investment of about Rs 30 crore.

In line with plans to bring in international premium brands to India, Gitanjali Lifestyle Ltd has partnered with Australia's leading salon chain 'Just Cuts' and will open 250 outlets in the next four years with an investment of about Rs 30 crore. Gitanjali Lifestyle would be the master franchisee for Just Cuts and will set up stores in premium malls in Delhi, NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore and other cities. Gitanjali is planning to open in the first year 50 speciality Just Cuts stores in malls and would scale up this number to 250 in the next four years. The outlets would be a mix of standalone stores and spaces in malls. No outlet would be opened at five-star hotels. Gitanjali plans to invest Rs 150 crore for acquiring real estate locations, human resource training programmes, advertising and branding for lifestyle and retail business.
