Rohtas Goel, Chairman and Managing Director of the company, started as a civil engineer with a private firm. However, he quickly realised that his talents would be best used if he created his own identity. So he set out to carve his own destiny and that of others with a powerful dream called Omaxe. He got together a team of dedicated professionals and passionately built with them his company, block by block, into the national real estate major it is today.
The company is, at the moment, an ISO 9001:2000, D&B 5A2 rated organisation with a record of over 100 successfully executed and well-received projects. These projects across the country include group housing to awe-inspiring, state-of-the-art, international standard integrated townships, one-stop specialty malls, commercial complexes, multiplexes, theme malls. The company has also diversified into resorts, hotels, service apartments, while technology parks, bio parks and SEZs are on the anvil.
