Homegrown lifestyle label Suta has expanded its retail presence with the launch of its 15th store in India, located in the bustling HSR Layout neighbourhood of Bengaluru. This new outlet marks the brand’s second store in the city, following the successful debut of its Indiranagar location.
Founded in 2016 by sisters Sujata and Tanya Biswas, Suta is celebrated for its contemporary take on traditional Indian handloom, offering a curated selection of handwoven saris, blouses, and a growing range of apparel and accessories for women, men, and children.
The HSR Layout store showcases Suta’s signature collection, including elegant sarees, blouses, kurta sets, dresses, co-ord sets, lehengas, menswear, kidswear, petticoats, artisanal fabrics, and a range of accessories — all under one roof.
Speaking about the new launch, the founders said, “Bengaluru has embraced us with open arms. We’ve built a strong connection with our customers here, and this new store is more than just a retail space — it’s a sensory experience. We want people to slow down, explore the textures, and fall in love with fabric all over again.”
The new opening underscores Suta’s ongoing commitment to blending craftsmanship with comfort, while deepening its roots in key markets across India.
