Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd. (ROHL) has announced the opening of Regenta Place Ahmedabad, a contemporary hotel tailored for the modern business-leisure (bleisure) traveller. Strategically located near SG Highway and Sindhu Bhavan Road, the property marks ROHL’s third hotel in Ahmedabad and its 16th in Gujarat, further reinforcing the brand’s footprint in the region.
With 48 well-appointed rooms, Regenta Place Ahmedabad combines thoughtful design with functionality, offering guests proximity to both commercial hubs and prominent cultural attractions. The hotel is positioned to meet the evolving needs of corporate travellers, offering features such as smart workspaces, high-speed Wi-Fi, and versatile meeting and banquet facilities spanning 6,000 sq. ft.
The hotel’s dining experience is anchored by Neighbourhood, an all-day vegetarian restaurant that blends innovative global cuisine with authentic Gujarati flavours. Complementing this is The Permit Room, the property’s exclusive bar that serves alcoholic beverages with a valid permit — catering to both corporate and leisure guests in a refined setting.
Additional amenities include a fully equipped fitness centre, ensuring that guests can maintain their wellness routines during their stay.
“We’re thrilled to open our third hotel in Ahmedabad, a city rich in heritage and industry,” said Arjun Baljee, President, Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd. “Regenta Place Ahmedabad blends work and leisure, reflecting our commitment to personalised hospitality in key markets. We look forward to welcoming global travellers to this vibrant destination.”
Darshit Jain, Founder of Regenta Place Ahmedabad, added, “Our focus is on delivering a seamless, guest-centric experience, underpinned by warmth and personal service. With another project already in the pipeline, our expansion across Gujarat continues with confidence.”
Romil Patni, Co-founder, noted, “We aim to create a hospitality experience where comfort and convenience converge, catering to the dynamic needs of today’s traveller. Ahmedabad’s cultural depth and economic momentum make it an ideal location for our vision.”
Recognised as both the commercial capital and UNESCO World Heritage City, Ahmedabad offers a compelling mix of tradition and modernity. As one of India’s fastest-growing metro cities, it continues to draw investment, tourism, and trade — making it an increasingly strategic location for hospitality development.
