FSN E-Commerce Ventures, the parent company of beauty and fashion platform Nykaa, recorded a more than three-fold increase in consolidated net profit to approximately ₹101 crore in the second quarter ended September 30, 2026, as shared in media reports.
The company had reported a consolidated net profit of around ₹33 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.
Revenue from operations rose 28% year-on-year to ₹3,006 crore during the September 2026 quarter, compared with ₹2,345.98 crore in the year-ago period, according to its regulatory filing on Wednesday.
Speaking on this quarter’s results, Falguni Nayar, Executive Chairperson, Founder and CEO of Nykaa, said, “Our performance this quarter reflects the strength of the Nykaa ecosystem, with each of our businesses contributing to growth and productivity gains. We continued to improve operational efficiency, particularly across marketing and overheads.
“Beauty and Fashion are seeing accelerated growth, while House of Nykaa and Wellness offer significant runway for long-term growth. We remain focused on building differentiated businesses that serve our consumers and deliver sustainable growth over the long term,” Nayar said.
The company attributed the growth in its beauty business to faster customer acquisition and increased spending by existing customers on premium products.
Nykaa’s beauty vertical recorded a gross merchandise value (GMV) of ₹4,454 crore in Q2 FY27. Its consolidated GMV increased 30% year-on-year to ₹6,151 crore during the quarter, the company said.
“House of Nykaa continues to outperform, supported by strong innovation, and Nykaa is excited about welcoming SimplyNam, a specialised, premium, professional-grade colour cosmetics brand founded by celebrity makeup artist Namrata Soni, to the portfolio,” the company said.
