
Myntra has expanded its quick delivery service, M-Now, to Kolkata, enabling fashion deliveries starting in 30 minutes — just in time for the Durga Puja season. This marks a significant milestone in the platform’s delivery capabilities as it strengthens its presence across major metros.
Following strong adoption in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, and Hyderabad, M-Now’s entry into Kolkata will initially cover areas such as Lake Town, Bidhannagar, Alipore, New Town, Behala, and Ballygunge.
To begin with, M-Now will offer over 6,000 styles from 400+ brands, tailored to regional demand. Notable names include Levi’s, Tommy Hilfiger, Mango, Allen Solly, Manyavar, Libas, Metro, and Puma, alongside newly introduced local brand Souragya by Sourav Ganguly. The assortment spans key festive categories, including ethnic wear, occasion wear, accessories, and beauty products.
“Durga Puja is the biggest occasion for the region, and the scale of celebrations in Kolkata is unmatched. With M-Now launching in the city ahead of the festive season, 30-minute delivery access to fashion trends is expected to significantly enhance the shopping experience,” said Maneesh Kumar Dubey, Vice President – Category Management, Myntra.
Myntra’s M-Now service is supported by a growing network of over 80 dark stores across five cities. With this expansion, M-Now now offers 1 lakh+ SKUs from over 700 brands, aiming to cater to both planned and impulse purchases with speed and reliability.
The expansion coincides with Myntra’s ongoing Big Fashion Festival, featuring curated shopping formats such as OMG Deals, Deal O’ Clock, and Brand Mania. M-Now will operate in synergy with the event, providing rapid access to festive collections at compelling prices.
Myntra has reported strong demand from Kolkata in categories such as women’s ethnic wear, men’s wear, and women’s western wear, driven by a mid-to-high affluent customer base. The company also noted increased interest in gifting categories and beauty products during recent festivals.
With nearly 50% of Myntra’s total orders now delivered within 48 hours across 600+ cities via M-Express, the continued expansion of M-Now reflects the platform’s strategic focus on speed-led customer experiences in the online fashion and lifestyle space.
