Hisense has expanded its India retail and product presence with the launch of its first Product Experience Centre and new headquarters at AIPL Masterpiece, Gurugram. The move forms part of the company’s broader India expansion strategy, as it looks to diversify beyond televisions and build its presence across consumer electronics and home appliances.
The new centre brings together products across televisions, air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators and other home appliances. It also features Toshiba television models, offering partners, retailers and consumers a single platform to experience products from both brands.
The showcase includes Hisense’s RGB MiniLED TVs, Laser TV, Intelli Cool Pro air conditioners, and its latest top load and semi-automatic washing machines. Flagship models on display include the 100 inch and 116 inch Hisense UX RGB MiniLED TVs, along with Toshiba’s 85 inch 85ZXSP television.
As part of its upcoming India portfolio, Hisense plans to introduce smart screen refrigerators, double door refrigerators, front load washing machines, Triple Drum X Zone Master washing machines, HVAC solutions, dishwashers, microwave ovens, air fryers and other small domestic appliances. The company plans to roll out these products in phases over the coming months.
Pankaj Rana, CEO, Hisense India said, “The opening of our first Product Experience Centre in India marks an important milestone in our journey in the country. We are expanding beyond televisions to build a full-fledged multi-category consumer appliances brand, supported by a wider retail presence, a growing product portfolio and increasing localisation. The centre brings our Hisense and Toshiba TV portfolios together and gives our partners and stakeholders an opportunity to experience the products we have in the market today and those planned for India in the coming months. As we expand, our focus will remain on bringing relevant products and technology to Indian consumers while building a strong and long-term presence in the market.”
Building on its product expansion, Hisense is also strengthening its offline retail presence across India through partners such as Reliance Digital, myG, Nandilath, Sonovision, Khosla Electronics, Patra Electronics, Sathya Agencies and Great Eastern Retail. The company is also available across leading e commerce platforms, including Amazon and Flipkart.
Hisense expects offline channels to account for nearly 70 percent of its business this year, underlining the importance of physical retail to its growth strategy. The company is targeting revenue growth from $100 million to $150 million by CY26, driven by portfolio expansion, wider retail distribution and festive season demand.
The company is simultaneously increasing its manufacturing footprint in India through its facility in Sri City, Andhra Pradesh, which currently produces washing machines and air conditioners. The facility supports Hisense’s localisation and domestic manufacturing strategy as the company looks to strengthen its position across India’s competitive consumer electronics, home appliances and smart home markets.
