Euler Motors, a leader in the electric commercial vehicle segment, has announced the launch of its latest innovation – Turbo EV 1000, a 1-ton capacity 4W electric commercial vehicle (eCV). Priced from ₹5.99 lakh (ex-showroom), the mini truck offers annual savings of up to ₹1.15 lakh compared to diesel alternatives, making it the world’s first EV mini truck to deliver both high performance and affordability.
Turbo EV 1000 is the first vehicle in the 1-ton segment to provide a real range of 140–170 km, 140 Nm torque, and 230 mm disc brakes on an R13 wheel platform – the highest in the category. Equipped with CCS 2 fast charging, it delivers an impressive 50 km range in just 15 minutes at public charging stations, ensuring convenience and efficiency.
The vehicle is designed to address the needs of small fleet owners and driver-entrepreneurs by offering low upfront costs, reduced operating expenses, and a significantly lower Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), ultimately boosting profitability.
Speaking on the launch, Saurav Kumar, Founder & CEO of Euler Motors, said, “Euler Turbo EV 1000 is the convergence of deep engineering innovation and the practical needs of India’s logistics industry. It marks a critical inflection point for EV adoption in the 4W commercial vehicle segment, which currently stands at around 2%.”
The Turbo EV 1000 features nine segment-first innovations and is Euler Motors’ third product, following the Storm EV. Kumar added, “True sustainability is only possible when everyday challenges are solved. Turbo EV 1000 strikes this balance and delivers global best-in-class performance in the 1-ton segment.”
With this launch, Euler Motors has further strengthened India’s position on the global EV manufacturing map and aims to revolutionize the commercial EV space with affordable, high-performance solutions.
