The Organic World (TOW) is expanding its retail footprint in southern India with the launch of two new stores in Bengaluru and Hyderabad, strengthening its presence in the country’s fast-growing organic and wellness products market.
The new outlets, located in Nagarbhavi in Bengaluru and Srinagar Colony in Hyderabad, are part of the company’s broader strategy to scale operations amid rising consumer demand for clean-label, natural, and health-focused products. The Hyderabad opening marks TOW’s fifth store in the city, underlining the retailer’s confidence in the market’s long-term growth potential.
Founded in 2017 and backed by Bengaluru-based Nimida Group, The Organic World has steadily built a niche in India’s evolving wellness retail segment. The company focuses on curated organic and natural products across categories including groceries, personal care, nutrition, wellness supplements, household essentials, and healthy beverages.
Each of the newly launched stores spans around 1,200 sq ft and houses over 2,000 products, including organic staples, cold-pressed oils, vegan offerings, baby care products, plant-based nutrition, and natural skincare solutions.
A key part of TOW’s positioning is its “Not In Our Aisle” framework, through which products are screened against more than 25 ingredients considered harmful or questionable. The initiative aligns with growing consumer awareness around ingredient transparency and sustainable consumption.
The expansion also reflects the increasing role of omnichannel retail strategies in India’s wellness sector, where physical stores continue to play an important role in consumer engagement, trust-building, and product discovery.
