Looks launches ‘Looks Neo’ to tap Gen Z market, opens first youth-centric salon in Greater Noida
Positioned as an extension of the core Looks Salon brand, Looks Neo aims to bridge the gap between luxury salons and quick-service grooming outlets.

Premium beauty and grooming brand Looks has entered the youth-focused salon segment with the launch of Looks Neo, a new-format salon concept designed specifically for Gen Z consumers. The brand opened its first Looks Neo outlet in Greater Noida, signalling a strategic move into a more contemporary and accessible grooming category.

Positioned as an extension of the core Looks Salon brand, Looks Neo aims to bridge the gap between luxury salons and quick-service grooming outlets. While the format is priced more accessibly and features a modern, design-led aesthetic, the company said it continues to follow the quality, hygiene and professional product standards associated with the Looks brand.

The Looks Neo salons offer a full range of grooming services with transparent pricing, including precision haircuts, global hair colouring, blow-dries, hair rituals, skin and nail services, as well as quick add-on treatments tailored for time-conscious customers. The format emphasises efficient service delivery, faster turnaround times and trend-driven techniques aligned with evolving youth preferences.

Sabhya Dutta, Managing Director of Looks, said the new concept reflects the company’s long-term vision. “Looks Neo is built for young India, where quality meets accessibility and individuality is celebrated. It is designed to match Gen Z’s pace, aesthetic sensibilities and approach to everyday self-care, while remaining rooted in the trust and expertise of Looks Salon,” he said.

The brand said Looks Neo embodies a “Neo mindset” through minimalist interiors, a digital-first approach and stylists trained to engage with younger consumers. Initial customer feedback has been encouraging, particularly around the balance between premium service standards and competitive pricing.

Going forward, Looks plans to scale the Looks Neo format across major metros and youth-driven markets, even as it continues to strengthen the premium positioning of its flagship salons. Currently, Looks operates more than 250 salons across India, offering a wide range of hair, skin, nail, makeup and grooming services in a luxury-focused setting.
