Domestic revenue of Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd (JFL), one of India’s leading QSR operators, rose 6.2 per cent to ₹1,686 crore in the March quarter of FY26.
For the full fiscal year, the Bhartiya family-promoted company reported revenue of ₹6,887.8 crore. JFL holds franchise rights for global QSR brands such as Domino's and Popeyes.
On a consolidated basis, which includes international operations, revenue stood at ₹2,505.8 crore in the March quarter, marking a 19.1 per cent year-on-year increase. For FY26, revenue from operations reached ₹9,544.1 crore, up 17.2 per cent YoY, according to a filing with the BSE.
“During the quarter, 69 new stores were added to the JFL group network, taking the total store count to 3,663 as at the end of the quarter,” informs the company.
Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd added 59 new outlets for Domino's in India during the quarter, taking its total store count to 2,455, making it the brand’s second-largest market globally after the US-based parent.
Meanwhile, Domino's operations in Turkey expanded with the addition of 4 new stores, bringing the total network there to 787 outlets.
According to JFL, this quarterly update is provisional and subject to limited review/audit by statutory auditors.
With a presence across six international markets, Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd has built a diversified QSR network spanning India, Turkey, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Azerbaijan, and Georgia. Incorporated in 1995, the company operates global brands such as Domino's and Popeyes, along with its in-house concepts like Hong’s Kitchen and café brand COFFY in Turkey.
Earlier this month, the company announced its decision not to renew its franchise agreement with Dunkin' and to gradually wind down the brand’s store operations in India. The Multiple Unit Development Franchise Agreement (MUDFA), signed on February 24, 2011, is set to expire on December 31, 2026.
At the same time, JFL has renewed its exclusive franchise agreement with Domino’s Pizza International Franchising Inc to develop and operate Domino’s Pizza outlets in India for a 15-year term, with an option to extend the agreement by an additional 10 years.
