Godrej Agrovet Limited has appointed consumer industry veteran Gaurav Pande as the Chief Executive Officer of Creamline Dairies Limited, strengthening its leadership as the company prepares for its next phase of growth in India's dairy sector.
In his new role, Pande will lead Creamline Dairies' long term growth strategy, with a focus on expanding the Godrej Jersey brand, accelerating business transformation and driving innovation across the organisation. He will also work towards strengthening the company's market position, broadening its product portfolio and building a future ready dairy business while continuing to create value for consumers and dairy farming communities.
Pande brings more than 22 years of experience across the consumer durables, quick service restaurant and food sectors. Over the course of his career, he has held leadership roles across multiple consumer categories, spearheading initiatives focused on market share expansion, portfolio premiumisation, product innovation and go to market transformation.
His appointment comes as Godrej Agrovet continues to strengthen its dairy business amid rising demand for branded dairy products and value added offerings in the Indian market. The company expects Pande's extensive consumer sector expertise to support the next phase of growth for Creamline Dairies and further enhance the reach of the Godrej Jersey brand.
