Gargi by P. N. Gadgil & Sons, one of India’s fastest-growing silver and fashion jewellery brands, has marked a major milestone with the opening of its 100th retail store. The achievement comes just three years after the brand's inception, underscoring its rapid rise in the competitive jewellery market.
To commemorate the occasion, Gargi launched two new stores this August — one in Patna and the other in Kurla, Mumbai — expanding its presence across key urban centers and tier-2 and tier-3 cities across India.
The landmark opening follows a strong financial performance in Q1 FY26. The company reported a 20.4% year-on-year increase in revenue, reaching ₹27.31 crore, while net profit rose by 29.3% to ₹5.31 crore. Gargi continues to operate as a debt-free business, with a robust financial foundation supporting its aggressive expansion strategy.
“This journey from one dream to a hundred stores has been nothing short of incredible,” said Aditya Modak, Co-founder and CEO of PNGS Gargi Fashion Jewellery Ltd. “We started with a clear vision, and while the path wasn’t always predictable, our belief in adaptability, quality, and our people made this milestone possible.”
Gargi’s growth story is not just about numbers. The brand’s expansion has been deeply rooted in community and family values. Each of its newest stores was inaugurated not just by dignitaries, but by members of the extended "Gargi family" — including employees and their family members — highlighting the emotional connection and ownership that define the company culture.
“Our team never treated goals as corporate targets — they were personal milestones,” Modak added. “The 100th store isn't just a number; it's a celebration of the collective spirit, resilience, and dream of every Gargian who helped build this brand.”
Looking ahead, the company is setting its sights on further expansion. As part of its growth strategy, Gargi plans to raise funds by issuing 1,12,500 equity shares at ₹970 per share, with the proceeds aimed at enhancing marketing efforts and accelerating retail growth.
As Gargi steps into its next phase, it remains committed to making stylish, high-quality silver and fashion jewellery accessible across India while continuing to build a brand rooted in trust, innovation, and emotional connection.
