Felix Plaza, Gurugram’s latest premium lifestyle and retail destination, has been inaugurated in Sector 82A, reinforcing the organised retail ecosystem in the rapidly developing New Gurugram residential belt.
Spanning around 8 lakh sq. ft., the mall has been conceptualised as a comprehensive lifestyle hub that brings together shopping, dining, entertainment, and community experiences for the modern urban consumer. It houses more than 150 Indian and international brands across fashion, beauty, electronics, leisure, and F&B categories in an experience-led format.
The retail mix includes prominent names such as H&M, Marks & Spencer, Westside, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Guess, Birkenstock and Aldo, along with anchor tenants such as Cinépolis, Mr. DIY and Fun City. The project also brings exclusive-to-Gurugram brands including R&B Fashion, Skin Bae and Style Union.
Designed to maximise dwell time and engagement, Felix Plaza features a four-screen Cinepolis multiplex, Fun City, Fun Block, GameX arena, and a dedicated two-acre outdoor event zone. Its F&B offering includes a 600-seat food court along with outlets such as Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters, Chaayos, Punjab Grill, and Nando’s.
Commenting on the launch, a spokesperson for Felix Plaza said: “Retail in emerging urban corridors within Gurugram is evolving from transactional formats to experience-led destinations. At Felix Plaza, we have created a curated ecosystem that combines leading global and Indian brands with entertainment, dining and community spaces. Our vision is to build a destination that goes beyond shopping and contributes meaningfully to the next phase of organised retail growth in these high-potential corridors.”
Felix Plaza has seen a strong initial response from consumers since its launch, with growing traction driven by footfall and early engagement across its retail and entertainment offerings.
The destination is also expected to gain further momentum in the coming weeks, supported by a pipeline of upcoming brand openings and planned experiential activations across the property.
