Chalet Hotels Expands into Udaipur Through ₹171 Crore Deal

Entering the leisure market of Udaipur Chalet Hotels Limited has acquired Seasons Hotels Private Limited the owning entity of Inder Residency Resort and Spa Udaipur for a total consideration of ₹171 crores.

The acquisition supports the company’s expansion into high growth leisure destinations. The approximately 8.2-acre property features 144 rooms along with lawns and banqueting facilities suited for weddings MICE and leisure stays. It will undergo upgrades and remain non-operational during this period with potential plans for expansion and additional rooms.
