N2ICREAM is a live ice cream brand, currently having parlours operational in Kolkata and Howrah. We are looking forward to expand the business model in Pan India through Franchisee model. Our model is profitable and have great demand in the market since a decade.
We started initially with the opening of one franchisee outlet of Baskin Robbins in Kolkata, and gradually opened two more within the next two years. The experiences of working with Baskin Robbins were sufficient enough to understand the dynamics of development and preservation of ice creams and it also gave an insight to develop and experiment with flavours. Our extensive research on producing fresh quality ice cream at a lower cost brought in the idea of using liquid nitrogen for producing live ice-cream. For the last three years, we are successfully running this model with our own brand, N2ICREAM, and the customer response is quite exciting.
Our concept of N2ICREAM has a huge opportunity and we need to tap a significant and healthy share of the market.
