What are the responsibilities and obligations of partner at Employment Center?
- Need to enter into Franchise Agreement with Fast cart private limited for period of time generally 3 years.
- Act as Partner cum Branch Manager per Employment Center at the chosen location.
- Maintain office space of 500 -2000 sq. ft. based on availability and location for 1-2 people team.
- Invest in running and operating the employment center.
- Recruit any support staff on Human capital temporary payroll required to expand the business volume and invest on their training and salaries and benefits, generally paid by the company and deducted from your share of revenue).
- Acquire clients and maintain relationship as Point of Contact for fast cart private limited
- Receives Return on Investment as per share defined in the Franchise Agreement.
- Renew with franchise agreement before expiry of the term of agreement, at least 3 months before.
- Maintains the confidentiality and intellectual property of IndiaDream

- You need to take care of monthly recurring expenses like Utilities (Electricity, Phone, Water, and internet) and Rent for the office space in addition to initial 50,000/- Setup cost. The fixed monthly expenses may be up to 5000 to 15000 based on the office rent and other expenses.
- The break even expected within 3 months generally, and the total investment till break even period will be approximately 1 lakh rupees depending on the location and active business operations performance.
We have understood the concerns of partners, and developed an innovative partner development model. You need to pay 50,000/- amount initially for brand value to show your commitment on voluntary basis to enter into partnership remaining amount is refundable but we will deduct yearly license fee from your share of revenues as support charges from the initial revenues. We also support you to make more money and break even within 3- 6 months worst case.
What will be the Share of Revenue for Franchise partners?
