Management: Ability to manage human resource/ follow guidelines/impressive interpersonal skills and willing to devote time to this business
Experience: Prior experience in Retail Industry will be preferred however it’s not mandatory as the franchise program has been developed to train franchises on operations.
Financially Viable: The franchise should be willing to invest not only in the business but in region-wise promotion of the brand also.
Good communication: Franchisee should maintain good and effective communication with the employees, vendors, retailers, customers & other key stakeholders in the business.
Leadership: Franchisee should be pro-active and be able to work together, share ideas, and resolve issues together. Should be prepared to play many sub-roles including delivering orders, maintain relationship with customers, resolving discrepancies, etc.

Pre-opening: Assistance in ordering of equipment, preparation and issue of PO to approved vendors, negotiation of terms and organizing of lease monitoring of showroom fabrication apart from daily/ weekly assistance in service operations would be offered.
Recruitment & Motivation: The franchisor will assist in recruitment of suitable candidates and also help with programs to keep them motivated.
Training: Comprehensive training would be provided on service operations, standard check up procedures, accounting, inventory control etc. Employees from all verticals would be trained on regular basis to help in continuously grooming and enhancing operating efficiencies of employees.
Promotions: The franchisor will organize specific marketing/ branding events at the national level including participation in the related retail expos/ sponsoring such events, tie ups with magazines/ newspapers etc and much more to promote its each Franchisee outlet.
