We, as a Kachori Parlour have now completed One Year in VADODARA. We cater delicious and famous food of Rajasthan and North India known as “Kachori” having different variants of taste.
Kachori is supposed to have originated in Uttar Pradesh or Rajasthan. In these states, it is usually a round flattened ball made of fine flour filled with a stuffing of baked mixture of yellow moong dal or Urad Dal (crushed and washed horse beans), besan (crushed and washed gram flour), black pepper, red chilli powder, salt and other spices. Additionally in Rajasthani cuisine, the Pyaaj Kachori (onion kachori) is very famous.
Kachori Parlour is trying to cater the same taste in Barodian style. Our varieties are tasted and loved by a many Barodians and we have got good words of appreciations and excellent reviews from our clients.
Above Kachories can be consumed in different ways. That is, either with Chutney or with added Stuffing of Bhel, or with Aloo Sabzi or Chole Sabzi.
We make all the above kachories in COTTON Seeds Oil / Fresh Maida / Fresh Vegetables at our own store at Good and Hygienic place with clean appearance of Cook and Kitchen area. For Jain items we use separate oil for making of product. All the required stuffing has been prepared at our shop only to retain the taste of our product.
