5) What are the roles & responsibilities of franchisee in a given local market?
6) What is the Investment Required?
You are required to pay a one-time, fee of Rs.25, 00,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs Only) + Transportation Charges of the materials for signing the franchise agreement. This fee will cover the comprehensive business support and supply of the materials it will be calculated on a diminishing rate of 15% from the principal on yearly basis till the renewal or cancellation of agreement
7) What is diminishing rate.
IPCS will never ask for a Non Refundable investment so we have come up with this profitable plan where in both the ends is in safer side. Diminishing rate is 15% from the principal amount.
Ie .The capital or principal amount is Rs.25,00,000/
First year diminishing on a rate of 15% =3,75,000/
Means if the agreement is getting cancelled in one year time the amount refundable will be Rs.21,25,000/
The next year it will be 30% likewise.
8) What is the royalty structure?
Theroyaltystructure:Trainingandprojectfeesaretobecollectedbythefranchisee. The sharingofroyaltywillbe 70%tofranchisee and30%toIPCSfromthemonthlytotal collection.TheroyaltytoIPCSshouldbepaidwithin5 workingdaysfromthemonth closingdateinERP.However; youneedtosharethemarketingbudgetswiththecompany wheneverregionalmarketingplans arelaidoutcoveringyourregion.
9) What is the Agreement Tenure?
The agreement will be valid for three years and can be extended to another three years with mutual interest.
10) Do you help me in finding the right location?
Yes, this is the first and foremost support that our team extends to you. As finalizing a location is an irreversible decision, we'll make sure that you choose the right location and right property to set up your centre.
11) Do you help me setting up the centre infrastructure?
Centre is the most important touch point for the brand as the customer's brand association mostly happens at the centre. Hence, setting up the centre in the right way is crucial to enhance the customer experience.
We will help you with developing the centre layout (based on the dimensions of the space), drawings and 3d references. We’ll help you with our knowledge and expertise in the selection process.
12) How would you help me in recruitment?
Once your location and centre set up is taken care, we'll help in identifying and hiring the right talent to run the business. People are everything in service business and our team will go that extra mile in acquiring the right talent.
13) What does my training include? Where is the training and who should attend the same?
IPCS imparts three different training programs to its franchisees.
14) What kind of advertisement and marketing support your franchisee can expect?
IPCS will plan and execute advertising, marketing & promotion activities at three levels, viz. national, regional and territory levels.
15) Do you have a reporting structure or ERP systems in place to automate sales & operations?
We are highly passionate about technology given its inherent benefits in improving operational efficiencies. To this extent, we have considerably invested in developing agile and robust in-housekeep systems to automate all the processes in our centre operations. It will not only automate processes, but also makes it easier for the franchisee in reporting and communicating with IPCS.

The first 3 months of operations will be crucial as the centre has to gain enough steam in the local territory. Hence, it is advised to have provision for a capital of USD 5000 to 10,000 in order to cover the fixed costs and marketing budgets.
17) What is the payback starting period?
The payback starting period for an average IPCS centre will be 3 months. In service sector, your business grows along with time. Hence, the initial months are comparatively leaner in terms of generating business - leading to slightly prolonged payback period.
18) What is the expected ROI?
An average performing IPCS center should be able to achieve 30% to 50%ROI post the payback period. However, a high performing centre can have the potential to reach up to 80% ROI in this time.
