A. Your Contract is subject to a probationary period of 6 months beginning from your start date. If after the expiry of probation
period, you are found suitable by the company for XoomCabs Business, you will be confirmed in your business Contract for 1 Year.
B. Franchise Can Be Terminate Any Time If We have not Found Potential in Your Work, Performance evaluation is dependent on :
1. No. of Drivers Joining
2. No. of Transaction Every Months

If you are not found suitable for the Contract, your Agreement will be terminated at the discretion of the company and in case of
such termination you will have no right or claim against the company.
