We can learn the priorities of the customer like we can have different packages for customer say 1. Express Package here in this package the customer with this package will be given highest priority and work will be completed in very less time . But this package will be a bit expensive among others. 2. Normal Package here the amount of time will be decided earlier and work will be given at the time decided . But this package will take more time as compared to Express Package. Normal rate will be charged. 3. Flexible Package here the time will not be a key factor the date of submission can be bit extended or changed depending on the workload but the rates here will be pretty less .
