Company Support:-

1. Company will Open the store in Your Location and Company will operated the store and its all expenses.
2. Company will Pay Rent of the store @Rs. 50 Per Sft in any City in India.
3. Company will Pay Salary to the staff working in the Valecart Retails Franchise Outlet.
4. Company will Pay the Electricity Bill , Water Bill, Other Operational Expenses of Valecart Retails Franchise
5. Company will Bear all the expenses related to Operational of the store
6. Company will Share 10% Commission on Total Sales Before Gst to the Franchise
7. Company will Pay 1% Minimum Guaranteed Income to the Franchise on total Investment Cost.

Marketing Support:-

1. Company will give Advertisement in newspaper.
2. Company will give Advertisement in TV Channels.
3. Company will also provide pamphlets to Business Partners for promotion activities his area.
4. Company will give Advertisement in Internet websites.
5. Company will give advertisement in High Street hoardings.

Example For: Store Area Minimum: 500 SFT

Investment Cost: Rs. 5000/- SFT

Total Investment: Rs. 5000 X 500 SFT AREA STOE=25 Lac Rupees Investment Cost (This Amount is Refundable after 5 Years)

Franchise Fee: Rs. 400000/- (This Amount is Non-Refundable)

Total Investment: 29 Lac Rupees

Income For: Store Area Minimum: 500 SFT

Approximate Sale Per Day: Rupees 1 Lac (Before Gst)

Monthly Approximate Sale: Rupees 30 Lac (Before Gst)

Company will pay 10% Commission on Total Sale (Before Gst) that is as.

Total Sale Rupees 30 Lac X 10% Commission = 3 Lac per Month

Plus Franchise will get 1% Minimum Guaranteed Income on his total Investment cost that is:
