India is a land of traditions. A person with a sweet tooth will never be disheartened in India as it has so many options to offer. Being innovation-centric at heart, we wanted to do something unique. Our observation was that Ice-cream industry was lacking Indian-ness, in spite of India having so many interesting flavours to offer. So we decided to bridge the gap.
And just like that, with a combination of 3 words- Indulgence, Uniqueness, Authenticity- the Trayog brand was born. Trayah means trio Yog means confluence. For the fans of fruit sweet-based flavours. We go to the heart of every culinary element we encounter- trend, dish, or culture. And dive into its DNA, extract the essence, and express it in our own language of ice-creams.
Trayog seeks to bring out the traditional Indian/ celebrate tradition differently. The brand was made out of a curiosity for flavour combinations and a desire to experiment with the flavours which no one was willing to experiment.
Trayog is all about embracing your culture, in the spirit of innovation Trayog set out to recreate the regional sweets as ice cream. We started with Puranpoli it became an instant hit. Thereafter we have been experimenting with various ingredients. Some of our most popular ones include Sol Kadhi and Modak, the latter of which has received widespread acclaim.
